The Great Kebab Factory
Using a tandoor, (a fiery clay oven given prominence by the Moghuls in the rugged area once known as India’s North West Frontier) marinated meats are cooked quickly sealing in their succulent flavours. Try our Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebab, Tangri Kebab and Tandoori vegetables.

Try our South Indian specialities such as Dosa (Giant Indian crispy pancakes with spicy potato filling), Uttappam (Spicy lentil based pancakes) also Idli (Steamed rice cakes), all served with Sambhar (lentil curry) and a selection of freshly made chutneys.
